TJPA Board Meeting

The TJPA Board of Directors regularly meets on the second Thursday of each month at 9:30 am in San Francisco City Hall Room 416, 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place.

Agendas will be posted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting date.

All Board meetings are open to the public and are generally televised live on SFGovTV2, cable channel 78.  Live broadcasts can also be viewed online at sfgovtv.org or by clicking on the direct link here. SFGovTV archives include a recording of each meeting, an agenda with links to the specific portion of the meeting, a file containing all closed captions for the deaf from the meeting and an MP3 recording of the meeting.

Citizens Advisory Committee Meetings

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) regularly meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm in the TJPA office, 425 Mission Street, Suite 250, San Francisco, CA.

Agendas will be posted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting date. Please send an e-mail to cac@tjpa.org to be added to the CAC mailing list to receive copies of upcoming agendas.

All CAC meetings are open to the public. Live broadcasts can be viewed by clicking the WebEx link within the respective agenda. The ESC regularly meets on the third Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the TJPA office, 425 Mission Street, Suite 250, San Francisco, CA.

Cost Review Meeting

THIS COMMITTEE HAS COMPLETED ITS PURPOSE

The Transbay Project Cost Oversight Agreement dated as of May 13, 2016 (“Agreement”) between the TJPA, the City and County of San Francisco acting through its Controller’s Office, and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, which established the Cost Review Committee (CRC), is terminated. The purpose of the Agreement was to oversee the expenditure of the proceeds for the term that the indebtedness under the Interim Financing was outstanding and the Agreement terminates when the indebtedness under the Interim Financing is fully repaid. As of May 19, 2020, the indebtedness under the Interim Financing was fully repaid, thereby completing the CRC’s term.
